Plant the Future at Dune Harbor Park!

Join Muskegon County Parks and the Muskegon Conservation District as we plant more than 3,500 native tree seedlings—including Red Oaks, Cottonwoods, and more—throughout the beautiful Dune Harbor Park!

These plantings will restore dunes, improve wildlife habitat, and strengthen a healthier, more resilient coastal ecosystem.

Who’s invited: Everyone! Individuals, families, community groups, and nature lovers of all ages are welcome. No experience is needed—just bring your energy and enthusiasm.

What to bring:

• Sturdy shoes
• Weather-appropriate clothing
• Water bottles
