Patterson Park spans 28 acres of wooded and open river floodplain, offering a peaceful escape for nature lovers. Throughout spring and summer, wildflowers bloom, showcasing species rarely found elsewhere in Muskegon County. The Little Rio Grande Creek, which feeds into Crockery Creek and the Grand River, winds through the park to create the perfect area for picnicking. Visitors can take advantage of grills, picnic tables, and a small picnic shelter, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Visitors can also challenge themselves on a unique 18-hole disc golf course that winds through the park.
