About Twin Lake Park

Twin Lake Park is a 15-acre park with shaded and open areas for family outdoor activities. The park has 800 feet of water frontage on Twin Lake and is very popular for picnicking and swimming.

Directions to Twin Lake Park

Twin Lake County Park is located on Twin Lake north of Muskegon on M-120. Take U.S. 31 to the Fremont/Big Rapids (M-120) exit, go north on M-120 to the village of Twin Lake, turn left (north) on Blue Lake Road. The park entrance is 1/4 mile on the left.

Twin Lake Picnic Lodge

A picnic lodge building is available to rent for family reunions, company and church picnics or other group activities where shelter is desired. The picnic lodge offers a large stove/oven for cooking, a refrigerator for keeping your food cold and electrical outlets for crock pots, coffee pots, etc.

Twin Lake Picnic Shelter

Two picnic shelters are available to rent for family reunions, company and church picnics or other group activities where shelter is desired. Shelters offer seating for sixty (60) people, a large park grill for cooking and electrical outlets.

$50 per day

Lodge/Shelter/Rental Cabins

Cancellations can be made via the call center at 231-744-3580. Cancellations made up to close of business 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will incur the $10 cancellation fee. If you cancel 6 days or less prior to the arrival date, you will forfeit the first night’s fee or $75, whichever is the lesser amount. There is a $10 fee assessed for all changes made to your reservation, except for adding nights to the reservation.

Muskegon County Parks accepts cash and checks on-site. Credit cards can be used for online campsite reservations and on-site at Pioneer Park, Meinert Park, Twin Lake Park, and Blue Lake Park.
